Shipping Policy

If your order is over $35, you qualify for free shipping across most of the continental US. All orders are fulfilled and shipped via USPS, FedEx or UPS. Please note that with orders placed on weekends, product will ship Monday.

When will I get my delivery?

We work hard to deliver your GRAZ'N products as quickly as possible. Most customers receive their order within 3-5 business days of placing their order. You will also be provided tracking information.

Do I need to sign for my package?

If you are not home, the driver will leave the package at your door or with your door man.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we are only shipping throughout the United States.

How can I track my order?

You can track your package at any time by logging into your GRAZ'N account. If you use guest checkout, you can use the tracking number provided by our team.

Return policy

At GRAZ’N, we want our product to be satisfactory to you and your pet therefore if you have any concerns, please advise within 15 days of purchase. For quality concerns, please provide photos to info@grazn.com where our team will review and advise. Refrain from disposing until a resolution has been completed. GRAZ’N will provide a replacement bag if necessary or credit towards a different product.

To initiate credit or replacement request, please email us at support@grazn.com and provide us with your order information. Once we review your request, we will process your exchange or credit. Unfortunately, we are only able to credit the purchase price for the returned product. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
